Preventing Policy Based on Political Impulses
New technology arises almost daily, and some of it’s incredibly disruptive. It’s critical we work with policymakers to provide knowledge and understanding of these emerging products and software. Why? So they don’t make rash decisions based on little information and a lot of emotion. Whether that’s AI or something that doesn’t exist yet, it’s on us to ensure they’re able to make rational, balanced decisions backed by fact.
