Washington, D.C. (July 29, 2013) – The Application Developers Alliance and TabTimes have partnered to provide Alliance members with the most current industry research and content surrounding the tablet vertical.

“Recent reports indicate that tablet sales will soon outstrip sales of personal computers, and developers are creating apps that help drive that demand,” said Jon Potter, President of the Application Developers Alliance, “By partnering with TabTimes, we assure that our developer community has access to the tools and information that they need to succeed in this growing segment of the app industry.”

“Savvy developers leverage their knowledge of the specific attributes of tablet devices”, said Patrick Pierra, Founder and CEO of TabTimes. “The tablet market can no longer be considered as a sub-set of the mobile market and we are proud to help Alliance members benefit from our coverage focus on tablets.”

TabTimes is the exclusive sponsor of the Tablet section of the Alliance’s resource center for developers, DevsBuild.It. TabTimes is also hosting the Tabby Awards for best-of-kind tablet apps. Alliance members MEDL Mobile and Bottle Rocket Apps are nominated for awards this year.
