Si Shen is co-founder & CEO of PapayaMobile, a Beijing-based mobile company that runs AppFlood, the largest global mobile RTB ad network out of China. Before Si founded Papaya she worked at Google in the U.S. and China, which allowed her to gain a very global outlook on the app market.
