Developers Alliance Announces Partnership with Consumer App Circle

Collaboration will further promote developer success

WASHINGTON (June 10, 2025)—The Developers Alliance today announced its partnership with the Consumer App Circle to provide developers with the tools and resources they need to grow, succeed, and advocate for their businesses with local, state, and federal lawmakers.

The Consumer App Circle, founded in January 2022 includes over 50 mobile app founders from around the country who convene to share ideas, overcome challenges, and help each other succeed in today’s tech industry.

“I am thrilled to team up with the Developers Alliance and continue pushing for app founders’ success,” said Nico Aguilar, founder of the Consumer App Circle and CEO of Speeko, a speech coaching app that helps users speak more confidently through AI roleplay and real-time feedback. “The Developers Alliance’s dedication to safeguarding today’s app ecosystem, which effectively supports small developers, is crucial, and we are excited to join their efforts.”

In working with the Developers Alliance, Aguilar hopes to bring advocacy to his members’ attention and promote a thriving app ecosystem. In return, The Developers Alliance will tap into the Consumer App Circle’s network of developers to better understand their concerns and ultimately relay those messages to policymakers.

“The Developers Alliance is excited to partner with such an inspiring community of app developers and founders,” said Jake Ward, co-founder and board chair of the Developers Alliance. “In today’s uncertain economy, it’s more important than ever to advocate for developer-friendly policies that help progress the nation’s tech sector. This partnership will ensure that developers’ voices are heard and positive change is made.”
