A longtime product and operations executive in mobile and digital advertising, Eric has expertise and in depth knowledge of what it takes for a startup to grow and scale operations, finance and revenue. He has now applied that knowledge successfully three consecutive times to advertising and gaming companies and to a multitude of mentored companies In 2011, Eric founded Scopely, a next-generation mobile-entertainment platform, alongside Walter Driver, AdSense co-creator Eytan Elbaz and ex-Myspace architect Ankur Bulsara. In 2009, Eric served as VP of Revenue and Operations at Hooked Media Group, where he managed and built a video ad network by partnering with over 300 publishers, video networks, and agencies within the parenting, women, and gaming verticals. Before Hooked Media Group, Eric was the Director of Product Management and Business Development at Aggregate Knowledge, where he executed the core advertising agency optimization business. Eric also worked at IBM, where he managed a CEO initiative to drive more than $50 million in revenue through the development of small-and-medium business (SMB) service offerings. Eric started his career working in technical sales at Trilogy Software.
Eric received a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University, and a B.S. in computer science and B.S.E. in electrical engineering from Duke University.
