Apps Alliance Applauds PROTECT Act

Today the Alliance sent a letter thanking Senator Fischer for introducing S. 2007, the Preventing Regulatory Overreach To Enhance Care Technology (PROTECT) Act of 2014. The bill provides more regulatory clarity for mobile medical app developers and promotes the development of industry best practices for mobile medical apps.
